These adapters enable positioning of the Rode M5 mics at a 110-degree angle to each other within the Rode Blimp 2 windscreen. A standard XLR connector won't fit on the back of these mics in this setup, so you'll need to get resourceful and create a low-profile one like the ones shown in the images. To secure the microphone within the rings, use a small zip-tie to fasten #17 size o-rings in a crossed pattern as depicted in the pictures. You can experiment with different sizes of o-rings or elastic if needed. If you prefer not to utilize the screws that came with the lyres, they are M3 x 16 mm flanged button head cap screws. There are two files available: one for right-facing and one for left-facing configurations.
