RODAM Ender 3 spool holder
thingiverse
UPDATE 2019-04-28 OKAY! I had to quickly learn about tolerance, and here are finally two versions of the bolt. One with a tolerance of .3 mm and another more precise with a tolerance of .2 mm. It works really well for me. Printed at .18 mm with 2 wall at 40mm / sec, 15% infill. UPDATE 2019-04-25 There's something wrong with the large nuts thread. So they're not there anymore. I'll work on another one but I'm leaving for vacation, so be patient, it will be there soon!!! Sorry! UPDATE 2019-04-11 After Trainflyer1 comment about the Bolt, I've put a version 2 of the bolt with a small chamfer at the base of the thread to make it easier to screw. ;-) UPDATE 2019-04-08 I added a solid cylinder to print in vase mode. UPDATE 2019-03-27 As promised to miker3030, here's the bolt for the spool if you want it the same color :-) UPDATE 2019-03-20 Found out that the spool was swinging too much sideways. So I made a cylinder to minimize that effect. ANOTHER spool holder, yes I know there are many out there!! I like designing :-) This will fit the original metal spool holder bracket with the same large Hex bolt. !! Make sure to remove any support in the fillet section, and slow down the process for that fillet section to about 25mm/s2. It uses standard 608 bearings. https://youtu.be/PYunJk9fujo Creative Commons License This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
