Rod Stabilizers for the FLSun QQ-S Pro!
thingiverse
Just a simple stabilizer for the arms of the FLSun QQ-S Pro. They clip on directly at the end of each arm and are secured with a rubber band. Theoretically these will help reduce the overall vibrations throughout the machine. And they can print with no supports! EDIT: New iteration with smaller heads for the ends. Should make them fit a little better. I also closed the ends so they are a propper spherical shape and dont have that weird v at the end! They can still print with no supports standing upright! they also now have a flat side so they can be printed on the side rather than only from the base. printing them this way actually makes them stronger but youll need supports unless your part cooling is amazing. Please let me know if I should change anything else for future designs! (and please excuse my crappy pictures...) Edit2: for version 3 i have increased the length of the larger portion of the base and increased the size of the hole in the spherical section. this should help with any slip that occurs while the print head moves
