This design concept aims to create a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing fishing equipment, inspired by outdoor and water sports gear. It employs innovative manufacturing methods like 3D printing for ease of production, but prefers injection molding recycled plastic and rubber. The high-end budget is justified by minimizing the number of molds needed. Key materials include recycled plastic pellets and rubber from car tires. Manufacturing involves mostly injection molding for components, with rubber pads integrated or added later. Metal inserts are set during the molding process. Dimensions for the base unit are approximately 10Lx4Wx6H, while the rod holder carrier can extend up to 17" if needed. The design accommodates a range of rod diameters from 1.7".
