This is a versatile block used to connect two rods at a precise 90-degree angle, providing smaller screw holes for secure rod attachment. Customization options are available, allowing users to configure the diameter of the rod, size of the block, and diameter of the screws. I have effectively utilized these blocks to mount web cameras on scaffolding made from 10 mm diameter aluminum rods. With my Winhao Di3, a hole with a 3 mm inner diameter in PLA is effortlessly self-tapping using standard metric M3 screws. Printer Settings: Printer: Winhao Di3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm layer height and 0.8 mm shell thickness Infill: 20%
