A mold for producing industrial cheese from thick-milk infused with lab-herbs is demonstrated through small, fully automated systems. Milk from goats and sheep that don't overproduce milk can be rapidly and efficiently processed. The cheese-making process includes compacting the cut-up thick milk into a 100mm diameter strand using a compressor, then cutting these strands to 520mm lengths for molding. Once shaped, the raw cheeses are pressed again, salted, and sealed in plastic foil bags before storage. This cheese can be processed by an autonomous kitchen machine for meal preparation. A base frame with steam-cooker drives is used in this innovative, fully automated system.
