Rod block
thingiverse
This block attaches rods to flat surfaces, also used to mount objects on rods. Smaller screw holes secure the rod and attach the block securely.\nThe diameter of the rod, size of the block and screws can be customized for specific needs. I've used this attachment to mount web cameras on 10 mm aluminum scaffolding using custom-sized rods. On my Winhao Di3, a 3 mm PLA hole self-taps with standard M3 metric screws easily.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2\n \n Rafts: \n No rafts are used\n \n Supports: \n No supports are necessary\n \n Resolution: \nThe print resolution is 0.2 mm layer height and 0.8 mm shell thickness\n \n Infill: \nThe infill density is set at 20%
