Rococo Deluxe Metal Money Insert Trays

Thanks to js5002 for the Rococo Deluxe insert trays design. I tweaked the source they provided to better fit metal coins and also inlay numbers to make it easier to see which slots are for which coins since the metal coins are so much closer in size. I included a version for cardboard coins that adds the inlaid numbers. For metal coins, you'll still need to print two trays to hold all the coins.
