This is a high-performance housing for the HG BX-02 and BX-03, precision-engineered to replace the stock units found in the HG p401 and p601. The Rockwell-style housing consists of two halves that seamlessly integrate with existing components. To ensure optimal results, it's highly recommended to print with a minimum layer thickness of 0.2mm. For best performance, align the flattest face of the part on the bed, and don't forget to enable brim support during printing. The design was carefully crafted around the rear axle parts, with particular attention to detail. However, when installing the front c-hubs, a slight modification is required – shaving off a small lip on each hub will ensure a smooth fit. The benefits of this mod will become apparent as you progress through the build process. As an added bonus, SCX10 CVDs and universals are reportedly compatible with this axle design, which could lead to improved steering performance. Update: The Rockwell1 file has been revised to accommodate the gear from the pass-through shaft, expanding its functionality. Please leave your feedback in the comments below!
