I'm totally blown away by your design on this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4309078 - you've done an incredible job making it customizable! I know you said it took a whole day to get the fork crown fit just right, and trust me, it's a major pain in the neck! I appreciate that you want this design to be customizable, but honestly, even with my RockShox Judy 27.5+, the crown is still completely different from yours on your RockShox Pike 29+. If you can make it work, kudos to you, but instead of waiting, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own design from scratch. It's either better or worse, I'm not sure, but it works for me. And let me tell you, the look is pretty sweet (I'll post some pics after I reprint in PETG with a finish coat). Anyway, I'm riding a 2019 Trek Roscoe 27.5+ with Rockshox Judy silver TK solo air Boost spacing, 120mm travel, and the crown and geometry are specifically designed to fit that. I took the liberty of separating the guard into two parts - front and back - and glued them together once I was done, and the zip ties should keep it all in place. I also broke out the crown part if you'd like to print just that section and see how it fits on your fork; it's not perfect, but it holds tight when riding. Enjoy! UPDATE: I've added a second version (so you'll have to do the splitting yourself), with the sweep rotated more towards the rear for better tire coverage, and reduced chamfers for even more protection.
