Recently, I discovered this contest, but my main computer was out of order. As an engineer, spending leisure time in front of a computer is not enjoyable; however, after seeing the submissions, I decided to create something using my backup machine with limited resources. To keep myself sane, I uploaded jpegs rather than renderings. Interestingly, I only recall one musical instrument—a trumpet—used for the ROCK theme. However, I believed a Flying V guitar symbolizes rock better. The LCD display decals were not visible, but you can see the empty space. "Rock the vapor" was an entrant's phrase until I learned it's the ROCK website's trademarked saying. I replaced my "ROCKIN' YOUR WORLD" with it and added simplicity to the device. If judges like it, I can refine it further. This challenge reignited my creativity; a better computer would have produced better results. Thank you for your time and consideration.
