Rockford Fosgate T2 12" Subwoofer Trim Ring

Needed a trim Ring for my Rockford Power T2 12" Subwoofer but could not find one anywhere so decided to design and print one instead. The trim ring is designed to use the 4 main subwoofer mounting holes. The subwoofer can be installed with the rest of the 8 screws first, and then the last 4 screws will be put in place along with the trim ring which will sit flush around the subwoofer's frame. Made to work with the same hex head screws that Rockford provides for mounting the sub. I designed the ring to cover the edge of the rubber surround as to limit the amount of dust and debris that can fall into that little gap between the surround edge and the aluminum perimeter. Since my printer has a small print bed, I could not print this as one piece so I split it in 4 pieces. The pieces are somewhat interlocked but because they can shift, you can possibly glue them together. Instead of glue, I created covers that go over the trim rings at their mating positions. I have included two versions, one without a base for a badge and one with a base for a badge. I had a spare badge from a speaker grill that I wanted to incorporate for a more stock look. Note that the finish on my trim ring is a rough one. That is because I use a Prima Creator Magnetic PEI surface which creates that look on the 1st print layers. Of course in order to achieve that look I had to flip each ring 180 degrees so that the top of the ring would actually be the print surface side. I think this looks way better that the typical lines that would be visible on the top layers of the print if printed normally. If you decide to flip them like me, make sure to print with supports for the recessed screw holes. This may work on other 12" woofers as well but can not guarantee proper fitment.
