This is a custom pen holder designed specifically for my Rocketbook Fusion Executive notebook. I had been using an elastic band pen holder that I liked, but it was too flimsy and couldn't hold its shape well. The slot for the pen was also designed with this PILOT FriXion Ball LX Pen in mind, which I purchased from Amazon. I haven't printed out the completed item yet because I'm currently installing a BLTouch on my Ender 3 printer. This process is proving to be a bit of a challenge, but I'm making progress slowly. As for how to orient this print, I'd love to hear any suggestions you might have!
