My Retro-Futuristic Rocket Ship Desk Organizer. The spacious internal compartment can comfortably hold a collection of pens and pencils inside a meticulously crafted 1950s-style rocket ship design. To achieve the best appearance, I suggest painting it with metallic acrylic paint. The Main body and legs are designed as separate parts for easy printing and minimal assembly requirements. When assembled, this Rocket Ship desk organizer stands at an impressive 35cm tall. The dimensions of the internal cavity are 80mm in diameter x 150cm deep. You can successfully print this on a Makerbot Replicator G5 or scale it down to 80% for a perfect fit on a Replicator Mini. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share pictures with me if you decide to create and paint your own rocket ship desk organizer. I'm eager to see how yours turns out! Instructions First, simply print out the three required parts. Next, glue the top handle (probe) securely into place. To achieve a professional-looking finish, I recommend rubbing down the surface with medium and fine-grade sandpaper before painting it with high-quality acrylic paints available from your local art suppliers.
