Print both parts and glue the stand to the center back of the rack. I designed this rack in TinkerCAD for the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:458903 (Single-Perimeter Rocket for Seamless Spiral Printing) rocket. Just wanted something simple to keep me from knocking over my half dozen rockets. Anyway two pieces, glue the back to the rack and add rockets.
