Rocket Pen

After two failed attempts to print the Rocket BIC Pen for the Wacom Intuos3 Pen Holder, created by marcotronic, I decided to break it down into a couple of parts. The original .STL file refused to render correctly in OpenSCAD, so I chose to create my own version based on their design. This allowed each piece to be printed in different colors if desired. The opening for the pen in the original model was too large for the pen cartridge I had on hand. Figuring that others might have different sizes as well, I included the OpenSCAD file for the top so that users can make different size openings tailored to their needs. I've also included the Wacom Intuos3 Pen Holder by JamesRX for added completeness.
