Rocket Nose Cone
thingiverse
This object has been skillfully designed and printed by talented students aged 14-15 from Kirkby Stephen Grammar School. The activity was undertaken as part of the innovative Erasmus+ Project PRINT STEM, which can be found at www.printstemproject.eu, and received co-funding from the Italian National Agency INDIRE. The Rocket Nose Cone has been crafted to seamlessly fit with the Rocket Base. Once the cone and base have been printed, a piece of A4 paper can be carefully wrapped around a mandrel that is approximately 30mm in diameter. This can then be securely attached to the cone and base. Next, a standard rocket motor can be fitted, allowing for a successful launch. It's essential to note that the cone may require a weight to prevent it from spiraling out of control. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No
