Rocket Launch Controller 9V Controller for launching model rockets, it operates with a 9v battery - the standard voltage used in model rockets. Designed for essential and lightweight functionality. Banana sockets accommodate different cable lengths. The aeronautical switch adds a professional touch and protects against accidental launches. The electronic circuit is designed to be entry-level and affordable for all. How I Built This Introduction Thanks to this project, you can create a launch controller for model rockets with ease and safety. Components (Step 1) The components required for this project are: Aeronautical switch (1 unit) Round switch normally open (1 unit) Red LED (1 unit) Green LED (1 unit) 4.7K ohm resistors (2 units) Female banana plugs (2 units) Battery connector (1 unit) Wire Tools needed for the project are: Welder Tin wire Screwdriver multi-tool 9v battery Assembly (Step 2) 1) Print components above and below the controller. 2) Weld and connect components as shown in the diagram. 3) Install the electronic circuit within the controller. 4) Attach the 9v battery to the connector. 5) Close the lid by inserting it. Functionality Before using your circuit: Place a voltmeter on the banana plugs, turn on the switch, and press the round button. If the voltmeter shows the voltage of the battery, the circuit is working properly. After testing the circuit: Insert cables into the banana plugs, turn on the switch (the green LED indicates that the circuit is turned on). When ready to launch your model rocket, press the round button (the red LED means that the signal has been sent to your rocket).
