Rocker Shaft Mount for VW 2 Cylinder 'Half Bug' Engines

Individuals often transform aged VW Beetle 4-cylinder engines into compact, lightweight 2-cylinder units, raising concerns. A key issue is that rocker shafts on each side of the 4-cylinder engine are supported at two points. With two cylinders removed, these shafts are now single-point supported, allowing rotation. Some use roll pins in drilled cylinder heads for prevention, but results may vary. My solution is a mount for each side, with bottom tabs fitting around support surfaces to prevent rotation when matched and machined correctly. The DWG and PDF formats provide drawings with specifications not found in the STEP file; however, we ultimately opted for a 4-cylinder engine, so these mounts remained unused.
