Rocker Plate Wheel Brackets
thingiverse
For your printing pleasure are two wheel brackets designed to mount scooter wheels to an indoor trainer rocker plate. While the intent of this design is very specific to my needs, I suspect it could be used for other purposes as well. This bracket mounts 100mm wheels just above the floor when the rocker plate is laying flat so that when the other end of the rocker plate is raised, the wheels make contact with the floor making the trainer setup easy to move. The wheels I used: https://a.co/d/5LYsxd4 The wheels had a 5/16" bearing so the design expects a 5/16" bolt and accepts a matching nylon lock nut. There are two brackets in this file intended for right/left use but you can choose which way you'd prefer to mount them. I wanted to keep the bracket mounting narrow but force the wheels to be on the outside to improve stability. The bolts that mount the brackets to the rocker plate are 1/4" so the hole matches that size and the hex nut cavity accepts a matching nylon lock nut.
