Rock Wall Rock
thingiverse
This is a reinterpretation of JPearce's rock wall hold. The original holds are performed on two opposing walls that are positioned at an angle to each other, typically 45 degrees. To execute the holds properly, you'll need to make sure the walls are secure and stable. Begin by placing your hands on the holds, with one hand on each wall. Keep your arms straight and your body in a neutral position. Engage your core muscles to support your body weight. The goal is to maintain this position for as long as possible without losing control or falling off. As you gain more experience with the rock wall hold, you can experiment with different variations of the exercise. This might include adding weights or increasing the difficulty level by using holds that are higher up on the walls.
