Why?
I created this tumbler, possibly not the simplest one ever built, but I like its unique look. The idea behind it is to use this device for cleaning old, dirty extruder hot-end nozzles and aluminum blocks. Designed using Fusion 360 software.
What You Need
1. Stepper motor 2. Arduino Uno 3. CNC shield 4. Two PVC pipes (32mm in diameter, 160mm long) 5. Four bearing 608s - hack an old roller skate shoe to get them 6. Two M8 rods 7. M8 bolts (eight pieces) 8. Washers and other necessary parts If you need the PVC pipes in a different size, I can do one or two iterations.
Arduino Firmware
This is where I need your help! If someone can kindly write and share an Arduino sketch, we will be grateful.
Arduino Sketch Requirements
Spin in one direction for 2 minutes, then reverse the direction. The duration and speed should be made variable.
Extra Bonus
Control via LCD with click controller code, and Earth will respect you. Add an Arduino Bluetooth module with an Android app, and we will give you a big thank you.
