I built these ball bearing end stops to replace the flimsy plastic stops on my Chicago Electric rock tumbler. The stop should fit perfectly in place of both cheap plastic ones, and it even uses the factory screws and screw locations. It relies on two F606Z bearings that I salvaged from another project - you can find them online at http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-pcs-F606ZZ-F606Z-Metal-Shielded-Flanged-Ball-Bearings-6-x-17-x-6mm-/371789715486?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368. I printed all the parts at 100% infill, and you should print two sets of everything to ensure a smooth installation process. Simply install with hardware, make some adjustments, and enjoy quiet friction-free tumbling.
