The adapter turns the extruder a full 90 degrees, greatly simplifying its use and making it significantly easier to work with. As a result, the extruder will protrude about 25mm from the top. This mounting system utilizes the original M3 screws, followed by an additional four M3 screws that secure the extruder firmly in place on the adapter. To attach the extruder to the adapter, you can employ either M3 heatset inserts or an M3 nut.
