Dr. Thomas, your expertise inspires me to desire a bike and improved printing capabilities. At my local hardware store, Lowes, I found a 3m pad pack that caught my eye. I chose the largest flat silicone pad available and applied it generously, enhancing it with "ninja sauce." To note, I use a glass build plate as it complements the silicone well, reducing potential wear over time. Additionally, it prevents fuzz from interfering with prints. As proof, I've included a 200-micron WHPThomas surface test image and file, showcasing my first print using this setup.
