Rock Pi 4 (with heatsink) case
thingiverse
This is a test of the Rock Pi 4 SBC with an installed large heatsink. The top section snaps onto the heatsink, forming a tray that smoothly slides into the base unit. Both parts stay securely in place thanks to another snap connection, eliminating the need for screws. Because I narrowed down the tolerances between both parts during my print, this design is still a work-in-progress. Additionally, maybe the ventilation needs improvement to enhance the heatsink's convection capabilities. Feedback is greatly appreciated. --- V2 Update: * Added an option to install 40x40 or 50x50 mm fans * Included ventilation grilles for improved airflow V3 Update: * Added mounting holes for a 60 mm fan * Enlarged the front and rear ventilation grilles for increased air circulation * The sd card no longer protrudes from the case, thanks to finger caves that improve accessibility.
