Rock Light Mount for Polaris RZR
thingiverse
I created this clamp to install rock lights on the front end my Polaris RZR. I had troubles keeping zip ties tight enough to prevent movement and I didn't want to drill holes in the frame to mount the lights. I couldn't find a clamp that I liked so I made my own. I printed in place and carefully pivoted the clamp to separate the hinge. If your printer seems to bond the layers between the knuckles tightly, I'd recommend a sharp thin knife or a sharp wood chisel to gently break the layers free. I added pilots to match the brand of rock lights I have - this added a few extra layers for the screws to bite into rather than infill. After attaching the lights to the clamp, the clamp snaps over the frame and I use hardware to secure it. I found the clamps hold themselves nicely on the frame that very little tightening is needed to prevent them from moving.
