I designed the hand and foot-element as separate components. Printing the foot-part with a distinct setting (0.25mm layer height) compared to the hand piece itself (0.10mm layer height) allows for adaptable scaling of the hand while maintaining the original footprint. In fact, I scaled down the hand to roughly 0.60 inches using Cura's adjustment settings.
