Pinch Blocks for Your Home Climbing/Training Wall. This Pack Includes Five Holds: 15-degree Incut, 7.5-degree Incut, Flat (90 degrees), 7.5-degree Sloping, and 15-degree Sloping. These holds are ideal for overhanging walls and as part of a system board to train pinch strength at various angles. All the holds measure 98mm long, 40mm deep, and have a top face width of 46mm. The pictures show an earlier version of the 15-degree Incut hold without the screw hole. It has been printed in PLA, but any filament can be used. It is recommended to lightly sand down the part after printing to remove the shine and provide more grip. These holds are designed to take Countersunk M10 bolts and 5mm wood screws (to prevent rotation). If you print with PLA, leave 72 hours between the end of printing and first use to allow the print to relax and attain its optimal strength.
