Rock Climbing - Callus Sander & Hand File

(Original by Cavedog on Quick Change Sanding Blocks) Note: I used PLA, but I needed to reinforce the corners with a heat gun to prevent the design from cracking and splitting from the pressure. PETG might be a better option. This is a quick change sanding block redesigned for sanding calluses while rock climbing, inspired by the SenderOne sanding blocks sold at their climbing gyms. To use this tool: - cut the sand paper to the length described below - place the bottom of the sanding block on the center of the sand paper - wrap the edges of the sand paper up sides and around the top round edges - press the tensioning block down from above, this will snap into place and tension the sand paper To replace the sand paper: - Slide the tensioning block out sideways These are 3.7" long in order to use a standard 3.7" x 9" precut sand paper piece. I did not measure, Cavedog is much more thorough, I just folded until the edges curled inwards and cut where it could reasonably secure itself between the pressure fit block and the bottom sanding support block.
