Rock attempt #4, utilizing the Sphere tool. Apply ZRemesher to fully quad the mesh. Initiate Sculpting/Polypaint and Duplicate the new form. Implement ZRemesher on duplicate to generate a significantly lower polycount model. Project All to reproduce intricate details and polypaint on Low-Poly (LoPo). Export LoPo using the designated tool. In Maya, execute UV mapping for the LoPo model, as ZBrush proves frustratingly complicated. Import UV mapped LoPo into ZBrush to replicate the UV layout. Bake a normal map and matcap/diffuse textures. Next, focus on rectifying those troublesome normal map seams.
