Roche Rock, a rugged landmark standing at 20 meters (66 feet) high, dominates the landscape. Perched atop this rocky outcrop is a ruined chapel dedicated to St Michael, its history shrouded in mystery. According to local lore, the chapel may have once served as the humble abode of either a leper or a monk. Roche Rock has earned itself a reputation for being steeped in folklore, with two tales standing out as particularly famous: the story of Jan Tregeagle, a 17th-century magistrate who reportedly found refuge in the chapel after his passing, and a segment from the legendary tale of Tristan and Iseult. Utilizing images captured by my drone and handheld DSLR camera, software such as Agisoft Metashape reconstructed Roche Rock in stunning detail. Subsequently, Blender was employed to refine the image for printing purposes.
