Roccaguglielma - Esperia's castle

That’s definitely the most impressive photogrammetry project I've seen yet. Not just because of the size of the building, but also because it's the most complete in terms of decimation I've ever worked on. I took 521 shots with my Pana G80, 48 pictures with my Spark, and 400 full-HD screenshots from various clips. That gave me a whopping 40 million polygon mesh. As always, the model was designed to be well-lit, so I tried placing three lights in strategic positions with different beam angles. What I'm most proud of is how the useless parts (the grass, trees, and park) are essentially low-poly, while the architectural elements are high-poly. My original plan was to present it with a huge normal map, but due to Sketchfab's limitations on free accounts, I had to simplify the model too much. Even so, my main pride is the hole in the tower, so I suggest you navigate into it! I took several pictures at different exposures to achieve that effect. This model was generated using 3DF Zephyr v4.507, processing a total of 827 images.
