Robust Scalpell Blade Holder (M3 Drill or Dremel required)
thingiverse
I designed this because casual aluminum scalpel blade holders keep breaking at the threading. I've already broken four of them since there's no good alternative to buy, so I decided to design one myself with strength as the primary focus. You'll need to drill or Dremel a 3mm hole at the end of the blade in order to secure it with an M3 nut and screw in the holder. The slit for the blade is intentionally narrow, allowing the plastic to securely grip the blade for maximum stability and safety. Insert and handle the scalpel blade only with pliers to avoid cutting yourself.
