Robust Artillery Sidewinder/Genius Umbilical Board Mount For E3D Hemera (Mellow Fly SHT42 compatible)

I recommend v2 for the artillery SWX1/Genius umbilical board so you can plug in the LED light and (hopefully) it will fix your ribbon cable dragging on belt. for cap screws only at the moment, 35-40mm long, I forget. v2 moves the umbilical board up 2mm and moves it away from the hemera motor by another 2mm (because I was having issues with the stock artillery heater cartridge causing tension on the heat cartridge). untested for now but I can't see any issues arising, I made sure to measure twice and slice once!. will update tomorrow *** I'm a huge fan of Psych101's hemera mount, but it lacked an equally "robust" mount for the SWX1/Genius umbilical board. So here it is. It should also work to mount anything that has nema 17's screw spacing like the mellow fly SHT42 The one made by Haukanes was too flimsy for my liking, the m3 nuts were also falling out into my machine causing me to have to open it up to remove them so I made the frame thicker by about 4mm and used heat inserts for the posts. The downside is that you'll need two screws that're approx 4mm longer than the stock ones. I think 35mm or 40mm is what I used. I made/uploaded a version that uses slotted head screws if you have no countersunk ones available You'll also need 2x m3 heat inserts that're voron spec'd (H:4mm OD:5mm) and a soldering iron Use your soldering iron to push the heat insert 90% of the way in, then use a flat tool to press the insert the rest of the way before it cools down. The heat insert will be flush without any extra plastic to post-process doing it this way. I hope to eventually post a revised version of Psych's mount with optimised cable routing and some mounting points (more heat inserts. sorry guys) for an ADXL345 & neopixel mod. will also add an inductive probe option for us weird folks out there
