Robotron BIC A5105 ================ This is a miniature robotron BIC A5105 (Bildungscomputer, educational computer). The original was built from 1989 to 1990 in Dresden/GDR, read more about it here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bildungscomputer_robotron_A_5105 The miniature is created in a 1:10 scale and is therefore compatilbe to the many other great creations at thingiverse, like the ones from rabbitengineering (which inspired me to create this model btw). The monitor sits on an adjustable base and you can glue it into any desired position. How to print ========= All the parts are printable without support int the orientation given in the STL file. Three colors are needed: Light Grey --------------- 1x Body 1x Keyboard 1x Monitor Dark Grey -------------- 1x Monitor_Stand 1x Screen_Bezel Black -------- 1x Floppydrive Additionaly you have to print Sticker.pdf on your old scool steam powered 2d paper printer. How to assemble ============= 1. Cut out the printed model badge (cuting away the black border) and glue it right aligned into the indentation upwards of the keyboard indentation (see picture). 2. Cut out the printed screenshot and glue it into the indentation of the monitor. 3. Glue the screen bezel onto the monitor 4. Put the floppy drive into the body (no glue needed) 5. Glue the keyboard onto the body 6. Glue the monitor stand onto the body 7. Place the monitor on the stand and align it as needed (glue into place as needed). 8. Take a picture of your creation and post a make on thingiverse.
