Semestral project showcases robots, conveyors, grippers, and sheet products. My robotics workspace features four KUKA robots. The first robot, positioned on the left side, picks up steel frames from specialized pallets and places them on main conveyor belts. Next, these frames are moved in front of the second robot. This robot then selects steel bending sheets from designated pallets and places them onto the prepared frames. The assembled units (frames plus steel sheets) are next transported to the third robot. Here, the third robot welds these assemblies together seamlessly. Once welded, the final assembly is placed onto europallets by the last robot in line. This entire process is repeated continuously. In addition to 3D models, I created a simulation of this workspace using Siemens Tecnomatix software.
