Robotica Wire Hair Piece

I fell head over heels for the Robotica doll's sleek design, but I had one major gripe - the helmet that came with it wasn't my cup of tea. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own wire hairpiece using Fusion 360. The Robotica doll is easily available from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:614366 I opted for wire with a diameter of 1.6mm, but be warned - you may need to use a file or hobby knife to enlarge the holes slightly, as it can be a bit of a challenge getting the wire through. Cutting the wire at an angle also proved to be helpful. My design features evenly spaced holes, allowing for easy threading and cutting to achieve the desired length. Initially, I considered tying knots in the ends to secure the wires, but fortunately, they held up just fine on their own.
