Robotic Mobile Platform

A conventional mobile phone charging platform's static nature raises questions. Why can't it interact with users via sound, light, and movement to enhance the charging experience? In fact, why not create an extension of your phone that functions as a robotic companion, like my proposed Robotic Mobile Charging Dock? Inspired by Segway's design and Sony AIBO's concept, this innovative dock is equipped with two wheels for mobility on a table or while you make video calls. It can also interact through apps, express emotions, play music, read messages, be remotely controlled via Bluetooth, take group photos during events, and update social media in real-time. The design allows the power cable to be removable for freedom of movement or inserted to restrict it. The virtual laser keyboard enhances interaction without touching the platform. Available in various colors to match phones and compatible with multiple models, this robotic dock recognizes users and adapts its behavior accordingly. Manufacturing involves plastic or aluminum body, two servos, a Bluetooth receiver, small sensors, laser keyboard module, speakers, and a control unit, ensuring affordability. This unique robotic phone charger has the potential to delight people of all ages and backgrounds. As a robotics professional, I believe in its market potential and hope you share my enthusiasm!
