I'm a servo-controlled hand, designed to close when I flex my elbow. The servos are controlled by a dedicated testing unit, eliminating the need for an Arduino sketch. My finger hinges are connected with 4mm PTFE tubes, while small rods are secured with PETG 1.75 filament. The servo test unit box is a modified design from Alex Sahka on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35515), and the gears for motion control were inspired by elefantman's remix (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:683389). For powering my servos and testbox, I used a 4 AA battery holder from devlab (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35515), which is included in the files. My upper and lower arm pieces are printed flat and require some thermofolding to assemble. They were inspired by laurah's arm design on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2066705). To build me, you'll need: * 3 MG90 servos * Servo testing box * PTFE tube I'll upload my final Bill of Materials and building instructions soon. If any parts change, I'll notify you with an update on the uploaded files. If you've already printed my other hand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2171811/#files), you can use it for this project by printing a wrist adaptor. This will make it compatible with the lower arm from this project.
