ROBOTIC HAND GRIPPER
cults3d
Mechanical robotic hand- 3 degrees of freedom hand with servo motor and independent finger gripping pliers. The robotic hand is made of 5 fundamental parts: *The concave gripper grippers with teeth and rounded tip. *The palm or body supporting the mechanism with a naturally lattice system for material saving and stress distribution. *Medium conical pinion of medium transmission. *small torque conical pinion from the servomotor. *Screw-on protection cover. Design is made to support 10kg-cm MG995 servo motor. Regarding the holes made for the assembly of components such as pinions and clamps it is recommended to use a thin metal or plastic rod as a pin of approximately 4mm diameter. The design has 3 independent degrees of freedom for free programming with 120° finger spacing and a maximum rotation angle per finger of 90° for loading objects with a maximum diameter of 120mm. The design was created by academic project in order to grip objects with better stability and freedom. it can carry the weight of up to an average cell phone. its design is lightweight and easy to assemble. Its cover can be freely modified to assemble into any robotic arm. it is recommended to place a plastic or rubber material on the fingertips to improve the grip on smooth objects.
