Robotic hand
grabcad
I am developing a robotic hand with a 5-axis design powered by MG995 motors, based on GrabCAD user Servo Robot ARM's model. I customized the model to suit my requirements and made minor adjustments. The fifth axis is still being developed for easy interchangeability with a gripper or spindle attachment, and I plan to use NC code for programming. Constructed from 6mm aluminum, I hope the MG995 motors can handle the weight. I'm also learning SolidWorks motion analysis and appreciate user J E Paz's contribution to the model. A rookie mistake involved forgetting to include cables in the original MG995 model while designing, but I resolved this by disassembling the motor (4 bolts) and reassembling it inside the hole.
