Robotic Hand

This robotic hand was created using a 4M Robotic Hand Kit, five servos, a 3D-printed servo bracket, and EZ-Robot's EZ-B robot controller. Print Settings Printer: PowerSpec Ultra 3D Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: medium Infill: 25% Notes: I used PLA filament to design this robotic hand. How I Designed This After building the 4M Robotic Hand, I decided to use EZ-Robot's EZ-B controller to move the fingers and thumb using servos and pieces of string. I created the servo bracket in AutoCAD and printed it on my PowerSpec Ultra 3D printer. Custom Section You'll need: A 4M Robotic Hand Kit Five standard-size servos EZ-Robot EZ-B robot controller Some string like the one in the kit Screws, nuts, and washers Cut five pieces of string about twelve inches or thirty-one centimeters long. Thread string through the finger tips and fingers. Install fingers in the hand frame. Print the servo bracket. Put the servo bracket on the hand frame. Drill holes in the hand frame for screws, nuts, and washers. Install servos in the servo bracket. Install the servo bracket on the hand frame using screws, nuts, and washers. Run EZ-Builder and create a new project with five horizontal servo controls. After configuring servo controls, move servos to one position. Install horns so that they point at the fingers. Install screws on horns. Tie strings to horn screws. Move servos to control fingers and thumb.
