Robotic Flying Squirrel

A robotic, flying creature designed for rainforest exploration and monitoring is currently capable of gliding and landing vertically. It can also climb shallow inclines, but further development is needed to allow it to tackle more robust terrain. The robot will need to be adapted in order to collect the data desired by researchers. This project was completed as part of a Design Engineering MEng Master Project by Hayden Cotgrove.
