Robotic Arm for Airbrushing

Robotic Arm for Airbrushing

grabcad

A robotic airbrushing system, using a 5-axis arm, miniaturizes industrial painting processes. The mechanics are aluminum-constructed and machined via CNC vertical centers. A servo-operated valve manages paint flow, with an end effector airbrush sprayer receiving pressurized air from an onboard compressor. Servo motors power the joints, while MATLAB controls operations through Arduino's shield connection platform.
