Robotech UN Forces Micronian Special Power (single use per game). This power affects all Zentraedi in the visible area, forcing them to stay out of this zone until the end of the game or suffer a -1 penalty on all stats. Only characters with Leadership skills can attempt to navigate through this area and rally their squads around themselves. Each squad has one chance per turn to be rallied by these skilled leaders. To resist the Micronian Disease scare, Zentraedi units must roll a 1d6 against a 1d6 roll made by Max or Miriya Sterling (with Leadership skills). The outcome of this roll will determine whether the Zentraedi unit is able to withstand the psychological impact.
