Robotech RRT Tactical Game Piece: COSMO DNA Atmospheric Scrubber. The Height of the COSMO DNA Scubber stands at around 80 to 100mm, but model kit versions are scaled down to 48mm and still deliver for the game. This piece was inspired by Starblazers Anime. The Robotech RRT Strategy Game Piece COSMO DNA Atmospheric Scrubber is a crucial asset for the Earth Defense Forces (UN North/South America Sector, UEG ASC Europe/Africa Sector, and EBSIS Asia/Pacific Sector). All three sectors must work together to install and protect the COSMO DNA Atmospheric Scrubber from destruction for 6 Strategic Game Turns. This ensures the world recovers from the devastating Zentraedi Planet Assault (Public Relations -A.K.A. the Great Disaster). The first COSMO DNA Machine is constructed at no cost by the Eastern Bloc. If the machine is destroyed or captured by the Zentraedi or Malcontents, it will cost 5 RP to obtain another unit. If one of the three Cosmo DNA Machines is destroyed, atmospheric scrubbing will be ineffective. If the machines cannot function for 6 consecutive Strategic Turns, the planet Earth will become toxic. RP production on Earth will drop to half if the Cosmo DNA machines fail to operate for at least 3 Strategic Turns in a row. Role Playing Game Note: The UN Defense Forces are skeptical of the Eastern Bloc's intentions and rarely refer to the StarBlazers mission as an Eastern Bloc success. The Cosmo DNA Atmospheric Scrubbers are utilized but kept hidden from the public to prevent them from associating with the Eastern Bloc as a New World Power.
