I found that Thingiverse did not have the exact match for my RobotDigg PLA spools, so I decided to create this 4 mm thick spool holder for a quick print. A simple modification allows you to adapt it to fit any 200 mm diameter spools easily. It fits perfectly on 21.93 mm diameter skate bearings, offering a nice friction fit with a tapered back end that keeps the bearing in place without pushing it into the spool. The RobotDigg spools have a 38.14 mm diameter hole and measure 104 mm from the center to the base, making them compatible with the 200 mm diameter Robot Digg spool. The crossmembers fit snugly so tapping them gently with a small hammer and adding a drop of crazy glue results in a strong connection. It's essential to leave the little bag of desiccant inside the spool to prevent backspooling, and I found that the bearings are exceptionally smooth.
