Design: In this initial Design phase, 3D images are provided created with TinkerCAD (base and frontal views and a rough composition of all devices) (see STL and JPG files). A photo of the original model that inspires the design is included. Manufacturing: Photos of Base and Frontal cuts made by laser and presentation of devices and decorative design. A major problem occurred during the laser cutting process, a friend offered to do it at his workplace (the machine was designed for cutting metal sheets in fractions of millimeters), but it cannot be used for plywood, as it burns the central part with fire and creates soot that requires cleaning the machine's cubicle thoroughly with DM. It was necessary to thoroughly sand all edges (of 4 cut figures on the piece, only two are usable). Assembly and wiring: The electronic devices (thermofusible gun and velcro for the battery) and decorative elements (silicon sealant for EVA foam) are secured.
