Robot woman "Robotica"
thingiverse
Her name is Robotica. I'm still figuring out if my passion is designing, painting, or modeling. Robotica has a dash of everything I do. Robotica is an articulated doll made from joined pieces held together by elastic cords – that's all you need to build once you have the printed parts (I use the same system for steadying my little robot: www.thingiverse.com/thing:555242). Here, see how she comes together: youtu.be/jnswThHyEy0. For more of my artistic works, visit: www.soniaverdu.es. Now's a good time to give back and share – so... I've shared Robotica without marketing rights, but if you're interested in selling her, just reach out to me. I'll provide permission for the sale on one condition: you donate 10% of the sales price to your favorite charity (I help www.hopesanddreams.org, www.africadirecto.org, and www.quissos.org). If selling isn't your thing, enjoy Robotica! Instructions: Choose between a head with eyes or an eyeless head (this one is perfect for painting eyes yourself – just use some clay to secure them). High-quality printing ensures the best fit; material support shouldn't be needed. The 3mm elastic cord is ideal for holding this figurine together. Printing specs: Layer height: 0.1 mm Botton/top, Shell thickness: 1.2 mm (crucial for the delicate hands and legs) Fill density: 15% Print speed: 40 mm/s Interior Support: None – just make sure to enable brim support since some parts only lightly touch the build plate (all except the feet).
